- Guest reception: Warmly welcoming guests, assisting with check-in/check-out, and providing information about hotel services.
- Reservation handling: Managing room bookings, cancellations, and modifications efficiently.
- Customer service: Addressing guest queries, complaints, and requests with professionalism.
- Billing & payments: Preparing invoices, processing payments, and ensuring accuracy in transactions.
- Coordination: Liaising with housekeeping, food & beverage, and other departments to meet guest needs.
- Information management: Maintaining guest records, updating reservation systems, and keeping logs.
- Promotions & upselling: Informing guests about special offers, packages, and additional services.
