Job description:
- Handle B2B sales order processing and documentation
- Prepare quotations, proforma invoices & sales orders
- Coordinate with sales team, dispatch & accounts department
- Follow up with clients for payments and order confirmation
- Maintain customer database & MIS reports
- Track pending orders and update status regularly
- Handle email correspondence with clients
- Coordinate with vendors for product availability
- Knowledge of MS Excel & MS Office must.
