Work you'll do
As a Senior Consultant on the Cyber Strategy & Transformation team, you will be responsible for:
- Collaborating with technical teams and senior management stakeholders to gather requirements for artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning (ML), and generative AI solutions
- Supporting the development of proofs of concept and scalable end-to-end AI/GenAI solutions for pursuits, sales cycles, and client delivery
- Applying AI/ML and generative AI techniques to build, test, and validate predictive models
- Developing algorithms and automated processes for model validation, deployment, and implementation
- Defining data, technology, and implementation requirements and contributing to documentation, user guides, and training materials
The team
Cyber Strategy & Transformation teams develop and transform cyber programs in line with a client's strategic objectives, regulatory requirements, and risk appetite. They keep the enterprise a step ahead of the evolving threat landscape and give stakeholders confidence in the organization's cyber posture. Services include the design of cyber organization, governance, and risk assessments. Services also encompass Cybersecurity Assessments and Frameworks, Cyber Transformation Management, Technology Software and Asset Compliance Management, Third Party Risk Management, Cyber Risk and Compliance, Solution Design and Implementation, and Cyber Risk Analytics and Quantification Reporting.

Qualifications
Required:
- 5-10 years of experience in artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML), including natural language processing (NLP), deep learning, generative AI, and agentic AI
- Experience with Python, C++, or Java, and database technologies
- Experience with machine learning and deep learning frameworks, including scikit-learn, TensorFlow, and PyTorch, and generative AI frameworks such as OpenAI and LangChain
- Experience developing and deploying generative AI solutions using large language models, including OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, or LLaMA
- Experience building retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) or GraphRAG solutions using vector databases such as Milvus, FAISS, and PostgreSQL
- Experience designing and deploying scalable solutions on Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
- Bachelor of Engineering, Bachelor of Technology, Master of Technology, Master of Science, or Doctor of Philosophy in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Natural Language Processing, Data Science, Applied Mathematics, or Analytics
Preferred:
- Experience with agentic AI frameworks such as LangGraph, CrewAI, A2A, AutoGen, or Pydantic
- Experience with data privacy regulations, including General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), or Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA)
- Experience with DevOps and machine learning operations (MLOps) practices
- Experience building and managing continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines and supporting user acceptance testing (UAT)
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, RESTful application programming interfaces (APIs), Linux, shell scripting, Structured Query Language (SQL), NoSQL, Git, GitLab, or Perforce
- Experience working with Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps
