Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹45,000 per month

Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Senior Sales Executive with experience in the manufacturing industry. The candidate should have strong sales knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle key accounts independently. The role includes client meetings, field visits, business development, and maintaining long-term customer relationships.
Candidates with a passion for sales, professional communication skills, and a target-driven approach will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, lead generation, and client visits
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
- Handle key accounts and ensure smooth client servicing
- Conduct meetings and presentations with clients professionally
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable product solutions
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow-up with clients regularly
- Coordinate with production, dispatch, and accounts teams for smooth order execution
- Maintain sales reports, MIS, and customer databases
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Identify market trends and competitor activities
- Coordination with clients through calls as well as in-person visits
Skills & Requirements:
- 3–5 years of experience in Sales from Manufacturing Industry
- Strong communication skills in English
- Excellent email drafting and client communication skills
- Good negotiation and relationship management abilities
- Experience in Key Account Management preferred
- Ability to handle client meetings and field visits confidently
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and professional attitude
- Knowledge of MS Office and CRM systems preferred
