ERP Executive

Job Summary
We are seeking ERP Implementation Executive to support the successful implementation, configuration, and optimization of the organization's ERP system. The ideal candidate will have experience in ERP implementation, business process analysis, module configuration, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), troubleshooting ERP issues, and basic SQL/database concepts. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, configure ERP modules, conduct system testing, resolve implementation issues, and ensure smooth system adoption while maintaining data accuracy and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and configure ERP modules based on business requirements and organizational processes.
- Analyze business processes, gather user requirements, and recommend ERP solutions to improve operational efficiency.
- Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT), identify issues, and coordinate with technical teams to ensure successful implementation.
- Troubleshoot ERP-related issues and provide timely support to end users during and after implementation.
- Prepare project documentation, user manuals, and deliver user training to ensure smooth ERP adoption.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure successful ERP implementation, upgrades, and continuous process improvements.
Required Skills
- Good knowledge of ERP software and Basic Computer Knowledge.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, formulas,etc).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in B.com or any related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in ERP support, ERP administration, MIS, or a similar role.
- Freshers with ERP knowledge and excellent computer skills may also apply.
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of SQL, databases, or ERP implementation projects is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu (Coimbatore)
