Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and target-oriented Sales Executive to handle sales activities in the Gadag region. The candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, developing customer relationships, expanding market reach, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new sales opportunities and achieve assigned sales targets.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, dealers, and distributors.
- Visit customers regularly to understand requirements and promote products.
- Identify new markets and business opportunities in the assigned territory.
- Handle customer enquiries, provide product information, and close sales.
- Follow up on leads, quotations, orders, and payments.
- Increase product visibility and market presence.
- Conduct competitor analysis and share market feedback.
- Maintain daily sales reports, customer database, and MIS reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure proper after-sales support and customer relationship management.
Sales Targets & KPIs:
Monthly Targets:
- Achieve assigned monthly sales revenue targets.
- Generate new customer leads and convert them into sales.
- Maintain regular market visits and customer coverage.
Quarterly Targets:
- Improve sales volume and territory performance.
- Add new customers/dealers in the assigned area.
- Increase repeat business from existing customers.
Annual Targets:
- Achieve annual sales goals as per company plan.
- Expand customer base and strengthen market presence.

Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Experience in field sales preferred.
- Good knowledge of Gadag and nearby markets.
- Must be willing to travel within the assigned territory.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred.
- Candidates with experience in Industrial Products / FMCG / Electrical / Manufacturing / Building Materials sales will be preferred.
Salary: As per industry standards + Performance Incentives

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
