Job Responsibilities:
Lead and mentor a team of 3D artists while ensuring timely project delivery.
Create high-quality 3D models, characters, environments, props, and animations.
Develop textures, lighting, rendering, and game-ready assets.
Collaborate with designers and developers to deliver creative solutions.
Review team output and maintain quality standards.
Required Skills:
Strong expertise in Blender and Autodesk Maya.
Excellent knowledge of 3D Modeling, Texturing, UV Mapping, Lighting, Rendering, and Animation.
Experience with game asset optimization and real-time workflows.
Familiarity with Unity/Unreal Engine is a plus.
Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.
Requirements
2-3 years of experience in 3D design/animation.
Team Lead experience.
Strong portfolio showcasing high-quality 3D work.
Immediate Joiners or candidates with short notice periods will be preferred.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
