- Conceptualization & Design: Develop and present creative, functional concepts for architectural and interior spaces. Create 2D floor plans, elevations, and 3D models using design software.
- Space Planning: Maximize spatial efficiency and utility while maintaining aesthetic appeal. Plan layouts for furniture, fixtures, and traffic flow.
- Material Selection & Sourcing: Choose and specify colors, textures, lighting, finishes, and custom furniture that align with client preferences and budgets.
- Technical Documentation: Prepare detailed working drawings, structural layouts, and Bills of Quantities (BOQ) for accurate execution.
- Project Management: Coordinate with clients, structural engineers, contractors, and vendors to ensure timely delivery within budget limits.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
