Role Overview
The President Global Student Mobility is a strategic executive leadership role responsible for driving the global student mobility business for MSM Unify. The role will lead worldwide student recruitment, institutional partnerships, channel development, market expansion, and revenue growth across key international education markets.
The President will define and execute the organizations global student mobility strategy, strengthen relationships with universities and recruitment partners, build high-performing regional leadership teams, and ensure operational excellence across the entire recruitment ecosystem. This role requires an entrepreneurial leader with extensive experience in international education, global channel sales, and business transformation.
- Strategic Leadership
- Define and execute MSM Unifys Global Student Mobility strategy aligned with overall business objectives.
- Drive sustainable revenue growth through expansion into existing and emerging international education markets.
- Develop long-term business plans, market penetration strategies, and global expansion initiatives.
- Establish annual business targets and ensure achievement of revenue, profitability, and market share objectives.
- Global Student Recruitment
- Lead worldwide student recruitment operations across all destination countries.
- Develop innovative recruitment strategies to maximize student acquisition and application conversion.
- Build scalable recruitment models leveraging technology, AI, and digital transformation.
- Ensure consistent achievement of recruitment targets across all regions.
- Global Partner Network Development
- Build and strengthen relationships with education agents, recruitment partners, sub-agents, and institutional partners globally.
- Develop strategies to expand MSM Unifys global recruitment partner network.
- Increase recruiter engagement, productivity, and application volumes.
- Make partner enablement programs, certification initiatives, and performance management frameworks.
- Institutional Partnerships
- Strengthen strategic relationships with universities, colleges, pathway providers, and education institutions worldwide.
- Collaborate with institutional partners on recruitment campaigns, enrollment planning, and market expansion initiatives.
- Negotiate commercial agreements and partnership frameworks that support long-term growth.
- Business Growth Market Expansion
- Identify new geographical markets and growth opportunities.
- Develop go-to-market strategies for new destination countries and student source markets.
- Monitor international education trends and competitor activities to maintain competitive advantage.
- Lead strategic business initiatives that improve market positioning and brand presence.
- Revenue Commercial Excellence
- Own overall revenue, profitability, and business performance for the Global Student Mobility division.
- Monitor sales performance across global markets and implement corrective actions where necessary.
- Develop pricing, incentive, and commercial strategies to maximize business growth.
- Drive continuous improvement in recruitment efficiency and operational productivity.

- Build, mentor, and lead regional directors, country managers, and functional leadership teams.

- Bachelors degree required Masters degree or MBA preferred.
- 15 years of leadership experience in international education, global student recruitment, or education technology.
- Proven experience leading large international teams across multiple countries.
- Strong experience managing B2B and B2B2C business models.
- Demonstrated success in driving large-scale business growth and market expansion.
- Experience working with universities, education agents, aggregators, and international recruitment platforms.
- Strong commercial acumen with PL ownership experience.
- Deep understanding of international education markets including Canada, UK, USA, Australia, New Zealand, Europe, and emerging destinations.
