About the Role
TraceNcode Technologies is seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and contributing to the company's revenue growth in the IT services domain.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads through various channels including LinkedIn, email campaigns, networking, and online platforms.
- Identify potential clients and business opportunities for IT services and solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product/service demonstrations.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with technical teams to propose suitable solutions.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and business documents.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and client interactions in CRM tools.
- Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in IT Business Development, Sales, or Client Acquisition.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
- Experience with LinkedIn lead generation, email outreach, and cold calling.
- Ability to understand IT services and communicate business value to clients.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite is preferred.
