About Position:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior IAM Consultant with strong expertise in Saviynt SSM to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and delivering end-to-end Identity and Access Management (IAM) and Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) solutions that align with our business, security, and compliance objectives. You will play a critical role in driving enterprise identity transformation initiatives and delivering scalable, secure, and compliant IAM solutions leveraging the Saviynt platform.

What You'll Do:

Design and deliver IAM and IGA solutions using Saviynt, ensuring alignment with business and compliance objectives.

Configure and customize Saviynt components, including workflows, connectors, access certifications, campaigns, analytics, and provisioning processes.

Develop and maintain integrations with HR systems such as Workday and PeopleSoft, utilizing REST APIs, web services, and database integrations.

Lead application onboarding, access governance, role management, and lifecycle management initiatives.

Provide technical guidance on solution architecture, deployment strategies, IAM best practices, and governance frameworks.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support identity lifecycle, compliance, and audit requirements.

As a Senior IAM Consultant, you will bring a wealth of experience in IAM and IGA solutions, particularly with Saviynt SSM. Your technical expertise, combined with your ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, will be essential in driving successful identity transformation initiatives. 4+ years of hands-on Saviynt implementation and development experience.

Strong understanding of Identity and Access Management (IAM), Identity Governance (IGA), Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), access certifications, and compliance requirements.

Experience in designing and implementing Saviynt-based IAM solutions and integrations.

Hands-on expertise in workflows, connectors, campaigns, attestation, access reviews, analytics, and Active Directory Group Import Mappings.

Strong development and integration experience using Java, REST, SOAP, XML, JMS, and database technologies.

Experience integrating enterprise applications, HR systems, and directory services.

Saviynt EIC Administration and Development.

IAM Solution Architecture and IGA migration.

HRMS tool integration.

Access Governance and Compliance Management.
