Aari & Tailoring Trainer
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in Aari work and tailoring (minimum 1–2 years preferred)
- Certification/Diploma in Tailoring, Fashion Designing, or related field (preferred)
- Strong knowledge of Aari embroidery techniques and garment construction
- Ability to handle both beginner and advanced level students
- Good communication skills (Tamil required; basic English is an advantage)
- Passion for teaching and skill development
Responsibilities:
- Provide training in Aari embroidery and tailoring (cutting, stitching, finishing)
- Demonstrate various Aari designs, patterns, and techniques
- Conduct practical sessions and guide students individually
- Prepare lesson plans and training materials
- Monitor student progress and give regular feedback
- Ensure proper use and maintenance of tools and equipment
- Support students in completing projects and assignments
- Maintain discipline and a positive learning environment

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
