Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement business development strategies to increase sales and market share.
- Identify and generate new business opportunities in the residential, commercial, industrial, and government sectors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, channel partners, EPC contractors, builders, architects, consultants, and government agencies.
- Lead the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation and client meetings to proposal submission, negotiation, and deal closure.
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs, competitor activities, and emerging industry trends.
- Present solar solutions, project proposals, financial benefits, return on investment (ROI), and government incentive schemes to clients.
- Coordinate with the engineering, design, procurement, and project execution teams to ensure timely project delivery.
- Prepare sales forecasts, business plans, and periodic performance reports for management.
- Negotiate commercial terms, contracts, and agreements with customers and business partners.
- Participate in industry exhibitions, trade fairs, networking events, and business meetings to promote the company's services.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue and business development targets.
