Level 7: GN - SC&E - PRH – Process Excellence – Manager
Manager – Industry & Workflow Advisor / Value Architect
Accenture Strategy and Consulting
Business Unit: Strategy & Consulting, Global Network | Areas of Work: Reinvention Deployed Engineering (RDE) | Level: Manager | Location: Bangalore, Gurgaon, Mumbai, Pune | Overall Relevant Exp: 7+ years
As part of Accenture’s Reinvention Deployed Engineering (RDE) organization within Strategy & Consulting, you will work in a collocated pod that turns AI ambition into measurable business value — taking solutions from problem definition to a live, scalable outcome.
You are a process-driven, industry-embedded advisor. You redesign how businesses get work done by combining AI, automation, and human expertise into smarter, more efficient processes — working at the intersection of business strategy and technology. You govern end-to-end enterprise workflows, create detailed blueprints (architectural plans, system connections, and workflow designs), define where people stay in control and where AI takes over, and translate complex business processes into AI-ready, executable designs for engineering and platform teams. The work demands hands-on design judgment that goes beyond high-level recommendations — turning strategy into concrete plans implementation teams can execute, with an agent-first mindset.
Roles & Responsibilities
-
Owns end-to-end workflows across functions, systems, and data, reflecting how the business truly operates.
-
Identifies where AI, automation, and orchestration can augment or replace human steps — and where human judgment must stay in the loop.
-
Defines workflow logic, states, handoffs, and exception paths so each design is unambiguous and ready to build.
-
Applies industry and regulatory knowledge to keep workflows compliant, realistic, and aligned to domain operating models.
-
Translates client processes into clear, structured requirements that engineers and architects can build against.
-
Owns the value story for the engagement — defines value metrics and KPIs, establishes the baseline, builds the business case, and tracks value realization.
-
Defines the agentic solution design — agent roles, prompt logic, RAG grounding, multi-agent orchestration, guardrails, and human-in-the-loop.
-
Drives business development and pre-sales — shapes proposals and RFP responses that convey the solution and its quantified business impact.
Desirable skills
-
Experience with enterprise and AI platforms such as SAP, Oracle, PEGA, Salesforce, Workday, IBM, leading AI model providers (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic), and the major cloud AI stacks (Microsoft Azure AI, AWS, or Google Vertex AI).
-
Industry domain depth in one or more sectors such as Banking, Insurance, Health, Utilities, Manufacturing, Retail, or Telco.
-
Familiarity with AI & Data Solution Architecture and AI-enabled operating models.
-
Experience implementing workflow automation and robotic process automation (RPA) solutions using tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Microsoft Power Automate.
-
Comfort with “vibe coding” — rapidly prototyping working software using AI coding assistants.
-
Product management experience spanning discovery, scoping, and delivery.
-
Process discovery and analysis using process-mining tools such as Celonis or Signavio to uncover inefficiencies and automation opportunities; Lean Six Sigma certification a plus.
-
Agile / Scrum / hybrid delivery with sound SDLC governance; a relevant AI or Agentic AI certification is a plus.
Educational Qualification
MBA or Master’s degree from a Tier 1 college is preferred.
