About the Role
We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated B.Tech Mechanical Engineering graduates to join our team as Graduate Engineer Trainees (GETs). This role is ideal for freshers who are eager to gain hands-on experience in mechanical design, production, and manufacturing processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in production, fabrication, and assembly of mechanical components and equipment
- Support senior engineers in design, development, and testing of products
- Prepare and maintain technical drawings, BOMs, and documentation
- Monitor shop floor activities to ensure quality and process compliance
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for procurement and manufacturing support
- Participate in troubleshooting, maintenance, and continuous improvement activities
- Ensure adherence to safety standards and company procedures
- Learn and contribute to process optimization and cost reduction initiatives
- Based on individual skills and organizational requirements, candidates may be assigned to different departments such as Design, Production, Quality, or Maintenance
Eligibility Criteria
- Qualification: B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering
- Strong basic knowledge of manufacturing processes & mechanical systems
- Willingness to work in a hands-on, shop floor environment
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: ₹15,000 (In-hand per month)
- Benefits: PF + ESI
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
