As we continue to expand globally, we're looking for an ambitious Sales Development Representative (SDR) / Business Development Specialist to join our growing commercial team.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and engage pharmaceutical, biotech, medical device, and CRO companies that can benefit from ADI's services.
- Generate qualified sales meetings through outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn, networking, and industry events.
- Research target accounts using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Crunchbase, and other sales intelligence platforms.
- Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline and consistently achieve sales targets.
- Develop personalized outreach campaigns for strategic accounts.
- Collaborate with leadership to execute sales strategies and drive revenue growth.
- Represent ADI during client meetings, conferences, and networking events.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, pipeline updates, and sales forecasts.
- Stay current with life sciences industry trends and customer needs.
- Demonstrate a proven history of carrying and achieving sales quotas.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in Sales Development, Business Development, or Enterprise/B2B Sales.
- Proven success in outbound prospecting and lead generation.
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM platforms, and modern sales tools.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and passionate about building new business opportunities.
- Prior experience selling services to pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device, or CRO companies will be an added advantage.

Experience Required: Minimum 2 years in Enterprise/B2B Sales or Sales Development.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
