We are looking for an Associate with 0–2 years of experience to join our Employment & Labour Law and General Corporate practice. The role involves advising clients on employment and corporate matters, drafting agreements and policies, conducting legal research, and assisting in transactions, compliance, and dispute resolution.
- Draft and review employment contracts, workplace policies, employee handbooks, and related documents.
- Assist in advisory work concerning labour and employment laws.
- Support matters relating to workforce restructuring, transfers, terminations, and redundancies.
- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements and corporate documents.
- Conduct legal research and prepare notes, opinions, and memoranda.
- Assist with corporate compliance, due diligence, and transactional matters.
- Support employment disputes and proceedings before labour authorities and tribunals.
- Participate in client meetings and provide practical legal solutions.
- LL.B. degree from a recognized university.
- 0–2 years of post-qualification experience in Employment & Labour Law and/or General Corporate practice.
- Strong drafting, research, and analytical skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple assignments and work effectively in a team.
- Exposure to employment laws, labour compliance, commercial contracts, corporate advisory, and due diligence matters.
- Prior experience at a law firm or in-house legal team will be preferred.
