Role Overview
We are seeking experienced and results-driven Project Managers with 10–12 years of experience in managing complex projects and strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess strong project planning, governance, communication, risk management, and PMO capabilities, with a proven track record of driving successful execution across multiple workstreams and stakeholders.
The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, monitoring, governing, and delivering initiatives while ensuring effective communication with senior leadership, steering committees, project teams, and business stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Project Planning & Execution
- Develop, maintain, and manage integrated project plans covering multiple workstreams and dependencies.
- Establish project schedules, milestones, deliverables, and critical paths.
- Drive end-to-end execution of projects while ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Monitor project progress, identify bottlenecks, and proactively drive corrective actions.
Risk, Issue & Dependency Management
- Own and maintain RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, and Dependencies) logs.
- Facilitate risk identification, assessment, mitigation planning, and issue resolution.
- Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement preventive and corrective actions.
- Escalate critical risks and issues to leadership with clear mitigation strategies.
Governance & Stakeholder Management
- Establish and drive project governance frameworks.
- Prepare and present project status updates, dashboards, and executive summaries.
- Manage stakeholder communications across Senior Leadership Teams (SLT), Steering Committees, business stakeholders, and project teams.
- Ensure alignment and transparency across all levels of the organization.
Communication & Reporting
- Develop high-quality executive presentations, status reports, briefing notes, and memos.
- Communicate project health, risks, dependencies, and achievements effectively to leadership.
- Facilitate governance meetings, steering committee reviews, and project status forums.
Workstream Management
- Coordinate and manage execution across multiple project workstreams.
- Track deliverables, dependencies, action items, and milestone completion.
- Drive accountability among teams and facilitate issue resolution to ensure timely delivery.
- Support teams in removing blockers and accelerating execution.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 10–12 years of experience in Project Management, PMO, Program Coordination, or related roles.
- Strong expertise in project planning and integrated project plan management.
- Demonstrated experience in RAID management and Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
- Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
- Strong presentation development skills with expertise in PowerPoint and executive-level reporting.
- Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams and cross-functional teams.
- Strong tracking, monitoring, and governance capabilities.
- Experience facilitating steering committee meetings and leadership reviews.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to influence stakeholders and drive outcomes without direct authority.
Preferred Qualifications
- PMP, PRINCE2, PMI-ACP, or equivalent Project Management certification.
- Experience working in large-scale enterprise transformation programs.
- Exposure to Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery methodologies.
- Experience with project management tools such as Jira, MS Project, Smartsheet, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms.
