We are seeking an experienced and highly capable Senior Office Manager to lead and
manage our satellite support office in Kozhikode, Kerala for our UAE and India operations.
This role is critical in ensuring smooth, efficient, and compliant functioning of our India
operations, which support our UAE business as well as our growing interests within India.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the end-to-end administration and operations of the Kozhikode office
- Manage and coordinate a team of 30+ employees across departments including:
- o Accounting & Financeo Human Resourceso IT Support
- Ensure seamless support to UAE headquarters operations, maintaining alignment

- Supervise day-to-day office management, facilities, vendor coordination, and
- Drive process improvements, efficiency, and cost control across administrative
- Ensure effective inter-department coordination and communication
- Monitor performance, set goals, and support team development
- Maintain compliance with local regulations, statutory requirements, and internal
- Support senior leadership in strategic and operational initiatives in India
- Proven experience (8–15 years preferred) in office management / operations
- Prior experience managing multi-functional teams
- Strong understanding of administration, HR, finance coordination, and
- Experience working with international teams or Middle East operations is an
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication skills and ability to manage cross-cultural teams
