Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated Digital Marketing Executive with practical experience in AEO (Answer Engine Optimization), SEO, and Social Media Management. The ideal candidate should be capable of independently planning and executing digital marketing strategies that improve brand visibility, generate leads, and increase customer engagement.
Key ResponsibilitiesAEO (Answer Engine Optimization)
- Optimize content for AI-powered search engines and answer platforms.
- Develop content strategies targeting featured snippets, voice search, and AI-generated search results.
- Implement schema markup and structured data to improve search visibility.
- Monitor emerging AI search trends and recommend optimization strategies.
SEO (Search Engine Optimization)
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis.
- Perform On-Page, Off-Page, and Technical SEO activities.
- Optimize website content, landing pages, blogs, and metadata.
- Build high-quality backlinks and improve search rankings.
- Track website performance using Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
Social Media Management
- Manage company and client social media accounts across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and X (Twitter).
- Create content calendars and schedule posts.
- Design and publish engaging content, reels, and promotional campaigns.
- Monitor engagement and interact with audiences.
- Analyze campaign performance and prepare monthly reports.
Additional Responsibilities
- Generate leads through organic digital marketing strategies.
- Coordinate with graphic designers and content creators.
- Research digital marketing trends and competitor activities.
- Support paid advertising campaigns when required.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of AEO (Answer Engine Optimization).
- Strong understanding of On-Page, Off-Page, and Technical SEO.
- Experience in Social Media Management and Content Planning.
- Knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEO tools.
- Familiarity with WordPress and basic website management.
- Excellent communication and content-writing skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote work environment.
Experience & Qualification
- Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in Digital Marketing is mandatory.
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or a related field preferred.
- Candidates must demonstrate practical knowledge of SEO, AEO, and Social Media Marketing.
