Hiring: Lead Cloud Engineer – DevOps / SecOps

We are looking for an experienced Lead Cloud Engineer to provide technical leadership across cloud infrastructure, DevOps, SecOps and platform reliability for a large-scale distributed data environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the architecture and implementation of scalable cloud infrastructure
- Define DevOps, SecOps and cloud engineering standards
- Design highly available, fault-tolerant and disaster-resilient environments
- Lead multi-cloud / hybrid-cloud infrastructure across AWS, Azure and/or GCP
- Architect Kubernetes and containerized environments
- Establish Infrastructure-as-Code standards using Terraform
- Design CI/CD and GitOps strategies for reliable deployments
- Build automated monitoring, observability and recovery mechanisms
- Support high-volume, real-time and distributed data workloads
- Establish IAM, network security, secrets management and vulnerability controls
- Define backup, disaster recovery and failover strategies
- Mentor DevOps/SecOps engineers and provide technical direction
Required Expertise
✅ 10–15+ years in Cloud Engineering / DevOps / SecOps / SRE
✅ Strong AWS, Azure and/or GCP expertise
✅ Advanced Kubernetes and Docker experience
✅ Strong Terraform / Infrastructure-as-Code expertise
✅ CI/CD and GitOps
✅ Cloud networking, IAM and security architecture
✅ HA, DR, failover and production resilience
✅ Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/Loki or equivalent
✅ Python, Bash or similar scripting
✅ Experience with distributed or data-intensive platforms

Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹1,800,000.00 per year
