* Contact and qualify enquiries received from Meta Ads, website, WhatsApp, and other marketing campaigns.
* Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable plots.
* Schedule and coordinate project site visits.
* Present project features, investment benefits, pricing, and payment plans.
* Maintain regular follow-up with prospective customers until closure.
* Build long-term relationships with customers before and after the sale.
* Coordinate with the sales, legal, and CRM teams for smooth documentation and registration.
* Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system.
* Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
* Collect customer feedback and share market insights with the management.
* Participate in promotional events, exhibitions, and marketing campaigns.
