Operations
- Monitor plant/equipment operating parameters and report abnormalities.
- Assist in operating machinery and process systems according to approved procedures.
- Support shift operations and ensure smooth plant functioning.
- Record operational data, prepare reports, and maintain logbooks.
- Participate in process optimization and productivity improvement initiatives.
Maintenance
- Assist in preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities.
- Support equipment inspections, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis.
- Coordinate with maintenance teams to minimize equipment downtime.
- Maintain maintenance records, checklists, and work orders.
- Ensure availability of required tools, spares, and consumables.
Health, Safety & Environment (HSE)
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
- Participate in safety audits, toolbox talks, and risk assessments.
- Ensure compliance with HSE regulations and standards.
- Report unsafe conditions and near-miss incidents promptly.
Continuous Improvement
- Support implementation of reliability and maintenance improvement projects.
- Participate in cost reduction and energy efficiency initiatives.
- Contribute ideas for operational excellence and equipment performance enhancement.
Pay: ₹216,000.00 - ₹240,000.00 per year
