Job Title: Customer Relationship Executive (CRE)
Job Summary: The Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) serves as the key point of contact for customers, handling enquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring smooth communication between customers and internal departments. The role is crucial in maintaining customer satisfaction and supporting sales and dispatch processes.
Roles & Responsibilities: Handle direct communication with customers for queries and concerns Manage and resolve customer complaints professionally and efficiently Attend enquiry calls and provide accurate product and service information Prepare and maintain daily and weekly sales reports Update Call Enquiry Form with customer details and requirements Maintain and update Dispatch Form with accurate information Follow up on customer work orders for timely processing Coordinate with dispatch team to track delivery status Monitor dispatch and ensure timely delivery to customers Coordinate with courier services for dispatch and tracking Share customer feedback and issues with internal teams
Skills Required: Strong communication and interpersonal skills Problem-solving and customer handling ability Good coordination and follow-up skills Basic knowledge of reporting and documentation
Preferred Qualifications: Graduate in any discipline Minimum 1+ years of experience in sales, customer service, or related roles Knowledge of Google Sheets, MS Excel, or CRM tools is an added advantage
Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
