Key Responsibilities
Manage daily operations on e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, own website) including product listing, inventory updates, and order processing.
Handle customer inquiries, returns, and complaints to ensure high satisfaction ratings.
Coordinate with logistics partners (DHL, Delhivery) for timely order fulfillment and shipment tracking.
Required Skills & Qualifications
2+ years hands-on experience in e-commerce operations preferably in health/Ayurvedic products.
Good communication skills for customer service and team coordination.
Proficiency in MS Excel for reporting,
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
