Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Regional Sales Head – B2B to lead our business development function from Gurgaon. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in selling creative, marketing, digital, branding, advertising, media, or production services and must have prior experience leading and mentoring a sales team.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building high-performing teams, driving revenue, and creating long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead the Gurgaon B2B sales and Marketing team and drive revenue growth.
- Recruit, mentor, train, and manage Business Development Executives and Sales Managers.
- Set sales targets, monitor performance, and ensure team productivity.
- Acquire new clients across startups, corporates, D2C brands, agencies, and enterprise accounts.
- Meet CXOs, Marketing Heads, Brand Managers, HR Heads, and Founders to pitch Hogwarts Media's services.
- Build a strong sales pipeline through networking, referrals, partnerships, and outbound sales.
- Prepare proposals, negotiate commercials, and close high-value deals.
- Collaborate closely with the creative and production teams to ensure exceptional client experience.
- Deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
Requirements :
- 4 - 5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in a Marketing Agency, Digital Agency, Creative Agency, Branding Agency, Advertising Agency, Media House, Production House, or Content Agency.
- Minimum 2 years of experience leading or managing a sales team.
- Demonstrated success in consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong leadership, coaching, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and scale a high-performing sales team.
- Existing corporate network and client relationships will be an added advantage.
- Self-driven, entrepreneurial, and passionate about business growth.
