Job Summary
We are looking for a responsible and vigilant Security Executive / Supervisor to oversee daily security operations and ensure the safety of guests, staff, and property. The ideal candidate should have experience in security management, emergency handling, and team supervision. Candidates with hospitality or 5-star hotel experience will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily security operations and security staff
- Monitor CCTV systems and conduct regular property patrols
- Ensure safety and security procedures are followed at all times
- Handle incidents, emergencies, and guest concerns professionally
- Maintain visitor, employee, and vehicle movement records
- Coordinate with management during emergencies and investigations
- Ensure proper implementation of fire and safety regulations
- Prepare incident reports and daily security reports
- Support training and discipline of security personnel
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in security operations or supervision
- Hospitality industry experience preferred
- 5-star hotel experience will be an added advantage
- Good communication and leadership skills
- Knowledge of CCTV monitoring and fire & safety procedures
- Ability to work flexible shifts
- Physically fit and disciplined
Qualification
- Degree / Diploma or equivalent qualification
- Security training certification preferred
Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
