As a Field HR for the West region, you will be responsible for managing HR operations, driving talentacquisition, ensuring employee engagement, and supporting compliance across Burger King outlets.A significant part of your role will involve regular store visits to understand on-ground challenges,conduct audits, and ensure smooth HR functioning. You will work closely with operations to ensurestore-level hiring, training, and retention are in line with business goals.
Key Responsibilities: Store Visits & HR Audits:o Conduct regular visits to assigned stores to review employee engagement, hygieneof HR processes, and resolve on-ground HR issues.o Ensure timely closure of actions identified during store visits.o Build strong relationships with Restaurant Managers and staff during storeinteractions.
Talent Acquisition & Store Hiring:o Manage end-to-end recruitment for restaurant-level roles including crew members,shift managers, and team leads.o Partner with Area Managers and Store Managers to forecast manpower needs andensure timely hiring.o Build local hiring pipelines through job fairs, vendor networks, and walk-ins.o Oversee onboarding and induction of new hires at store level. Employee Engagement & Retention:o Drive engagement activities in stores to build a positive and high-performanceculture.o Support resolution of employee grievances in a timely and fair manner.o Analyze attrition trends and implement location-specific retention plans. Training & Development:o Ensure adherence to training calendars across stores.o Facilitate or support store-level training initiatives and team development.o Identify training needs in collaboration with store leadership.
Performance Management:o Support store managers in implementing performance reviews and coachingconversations.o Facilitate communication of performance metrics and feedback to employees. Compliance & HR Operations:o Ensure 100% compliance with labor laws and internal HR policies at store level.o Monitor documentation, HRIS updates, and statutory registrations (PF, ESIC, etc.) forall store employees.o Address any disciplinary or policy violations appropriately. Business Partnership:o Act as a trusted HR partner to Area Managers and Restaurant Managers.o Provide data-driven insights and feedback to improve store-level HR metrics.o Collaborate on regional HR projects and rollouts.
