Location: Mumbai (Offline Training)
Mode: Classroom Training
Availability: Weekdays / Weekends
Experience Required: 10–12 Years in SAP DRM
Compensation: ₹15,000 per student (Batch-wise basis)
About the Role
We are looking for an experienced SAP DRM Trainer to deliver practical, industry-oriented classroom training programs. The ideal candidate should possess strong functional and implementation experience in SAP DRM and be capable of mentoring students and working professionals through real-world business scenarios.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver instructor-led SAP DRM training sessions in offline classroom mode.
- Train students on SAP DRM concepts, configuration, and business processes.
- Conduct practical demonstrations, assignments, and hands-on exercises.
- Share real-time project experiences and industry best practices.
- Guide learners on implementation, support, and troubleshooting scenarios.
- Assist students with assessments, certifications, and interview preparation.
- Ensure timely completion of the training curriculum.
- Provide career guidance and industry insights to learners.
Technical Skills Required
- Strong expertise in SAP DRM processes and configuration.
- Hands-on experience in SAP DRM implementation and support projects.
- Understanding of business process integration with other SAP modules.
- Ability to explain complex concepts through practical examples and case studies.
- Strong analytical, presentation, and communication skills.
- Experience in SAP S/4HANA environment will be an added advantage.
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Commerce, or related discipline.
- SAP DRM Certification will be preferred.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- 10–12 years of relevant SAP DRM experience.
- Experience in classroom, online, or corporate training programs.
- Strong implementation and consulting background.
- Excellent mentoring, presentation, and communication skills.
- Passion for teaching and developing future SAP professionals.
