Job Title: Executive Assistant to Managing Director (EA to MD)
Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive, organized, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to the Managing Director. This role is ideal for an MBA fresher who possesses excellent communication, coordination, and analytical skills. The selected candidate will work closely with the Managing Director, assisting in day-to-day operations, scheduling, business coordination, documentation, and strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the Managing Director's calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel schedules.
- Prepare meeting agendas, minutes of meetings (MoM), and follow up on action items.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders on behalf of the MD.
- Prepare presentations, reports, business correspondence, and executive summaries.
- Maintain confidential documents and ensure accurate record-keeping.
- Track project timelines and monitor progress on key business initiatives.
- Conduct market research and compile data for business decision-making.
- Handle official communications, emails, and correspondence.
- Organize meetings, conferences, and executive events.
- Perform administrative and operational tasks as assigned by the Managing Director.
Eligibility
- MBA (Freshers are encouraged to apply).
- Specialization in Marketing, Finance, HR, Operations, or General Management.
- Strong academic background.
Required Skills

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Job Type: Commission
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
