Key Responsibilities
- Manage insurance renewals and policy follow-ups.
- Assist customers with insurance-related requirements and queries.
- Coordinate with insurance companies for policy processing and documentation.
- Maintain accurate records and prepare reports.
- Ensure timely follow-up on renewals and customer communications.
- Report to the Insurance Head.
- Use MS Excel for reporting and data management.
Required Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of insurance products and processes.
- Good proficiency in MS Excel.
- Customer-focused with strong organizational skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
