Key Requirement

Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance mobile applications using React Native
- Build scalable, reusable, and maintainable frontend architectures
- Develop and manage backend services and APIs using Node.js
- Design, manage, and optimize MongoDB databases
- Integrate RESTful APIs, third-party services, and cloud-based solutions
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers, frontend developers, and backend teams
- Ensure application performance, quality, responsiveness, and security
- Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues efficiently
- Implement clean coding standards, code reviews, and best development practices
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability
- Manage deployment processes for Android and iOS applications
- Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance
- Participate in project planning, architecture discussions, and technical decision-making
- Maintain proper documentation for applications, APIs, and development workflows
Requirements
- Strong experience in React Native application development
- Excellent knowledge of JavaScript, TypeScript, and ES6+
- Strong backend development experience using Node.js and Express.js
- Full knowledge of MongoDB database design, queries, aggregation, and optimization
- Experience in REST API development and integration
- Strong understanding of authentication methods such as JWT and OAuth
- Experience with Firebase, push notifications, and real-time features
- Knowledge of Redux, Context API, or other state management libraries
- Familiarity with Git, GitHub, and version control workflows
- Experience with Android Studio and Xcode
- Strong debugging, problem-solving, and performance optimization skills
- Knowledge of application deployment to Google Play Store and Apple App Store
- Understanding of software architecture and scalable application design
- Ability to work independently and manage complete project development
- Good communication and team collaboration skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- 1+ years of experience in React Native development
- Experience working with cloud platforms and DevOps tools is an added advantage
