About the Program
We are hiring passionate individuals for our Business Analyst Training & Internship Program.
The program begins with three months of structured industry training, where candidates will be trained by experienced IIT mentors and senior industry professionals with over 10 years of experience in Business Analysis, Product Development, and Strategy.
After successfully completing the training, selected candidates will transition into a paid internship, where they will work on live projects under the guidance of experienced business leaders.
Outstanding performers will receive a Pre-Placement Offer (PPO) for a full-time role at ElectroGlobal Solutions Pvt. Ltd.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders.
- Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs).
- Create user stories, workflows, process maps, and business documentation.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Analyze customer needs and recommend business solutions.
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, designers, and leadership teams.
- Participate in sprint planning, requirement discussions, and product reviews.
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and business presentations.
- Identify opportunities for business process improvement.
- Assist founders in strategic planning and operational decision-making.
- Utilize AI-powered tools to improve productivity and business analysis.
