About the Role
Whispering Homes Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a hardworking and reliable Warehouse Helper / Office Helper to support daily warehouse operations and general office assistance. The ideal candidate will assist with packing, dispatch, inventory handling, loading/unloading activities, and maintaining an organized workspace.
Key Responsibilities
Warehouse Operations
- Assist in receiving, unloading, and storing incoming inventory.
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for dispatch.
- Load and unload products safely and efficiently.
- Organize and arrange stock within the warehouse.
- Assist with inventory counting and stock verification.
- Ensure proper handling of products to prevent damage.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse.
Office Support
- Assist with movement of documents, samples, and materials within the office.
- Handle courier dispatches and deliveries when required.
- Support administrative and warehouse teams with routine tasks.
- Maintain basic office and warehouse supplies.
Requirements
- Minimum Qualification: 10th Pass / 12th Pass.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Prior experience in warehouse, packing, dispatch, logistics, or helper roles will be an advantage.
- Physically fit and capable of handling warehouse activities.
- Punctual, disciplined, and responsible.
- Ability to follow instructions and work efficiently.
Preferred Candidates
- Candidates residing in Mohali, Kharar, Balongi, Kumbra, Sohana, Zirakpur, Landran, or nearby areas.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
