Auto Technician / Commercial Vehicle Technician
Job Summary:
We are looking for skilled Auto Technicians to inspect, diagnose, repair, and maintain commercial vehicles. The candidate will be responsible for carrying out service and repair work efficiently while ensuring high quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance, servicing, and repairs on commercial vehicles.
- Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and technical faults.
- Carry out engine, transmission, suspension, brake, and clutch repairs.
- Use diagnostic tools and equipment to identify vehicle issues.
- Complete assigned jobs within the specified time.
- Follow workshop procedures and manufacturer guidelines.
- Maintain accurate service records and job cards.
- Ensure proper use of tools and workshop equipment.
- Adhere to safety standards and workshop housekeeping practices.
- Support workshop productivity and customer satisfaction goals.
Requirements:
- ITI/Diploma in Automobile, Diesel Mechanic, Mechanical, or related field.
- 2–8 years of experience in commercial vehicle or automobile service and repair.
- Knowledge of heavy vehicle systems and diagnostics.
- Ability to read technical manuals and service procedures.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
