About the Role
Sirena is seeking a skilled Hardware Technician to support robotics and embedded hardware development
activities. The role involves assembly, testing, troubleshooting, repair, and prototype support in a highly
hands-on R&D; environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assemble, wire, solder, and test electronic and robotic hardware components.
- Support prototype builds, hardware setup, and lab activities.
- Troubleshoot PCB, wiring, sensor, and hardware-level issues.
- Perform component replacement, repairs, calibration, and testing.
- Assist engineers during product development and validation cycles.
- Maintain hardware inventory, tools, and lab equipment.
- Document test observations and support production readiness activities.
Required Skills
- Hands-on experience in soldering, wiring, crimping, and hardware assembly.
- Basic understanding of electronic circuits and components.
- Familiarity with multimeters, oscilloscopes, power supplies, and testing tools.
- Ability to identify and troubleshoot hardware faults.
- Understanding of robotics/electronics assembly processes is preferred.
- Good practical and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Diploma / ITI in Electronics, Electrical, Mechatronics, Robotics, or related field.
- Prior experience in electronics labs, embedded systems, robotics, or manufacturing setups preferred.
