IT Project Management Intern (0–1 Years of Experience)
We’re looking for an IT Project Management Intern who is eager to learn and contribute to real-world technology project delivery in a fast-paced environment. This role is ideal for someone with strong coordination and communication skills who enjoys working with cross-functional teams and wants hands-on exposure to project planning, execution and stakeholder management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Coordination: Assist in day-to-day project activities while supporting project managers in tracking timelines, deliverables and dependencies.
- Agile & Execution: Participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, review meetings and client discussions while gaining exposure to Agile, Scrum and SDLC practices.
- Documentation & Reporting: Maintain MOMs, trackers, status reports and project plans. Support preparation of presentations and stakeholder updates.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with development, QA, design and business teams to ensure smooth execution and timely follow-ups on blockers and pending items.
- Project Tools & Processes: Work with Jira, Confluence, ClickUp, Excel and Google Sheets while ensuring documentation standards and project processes are followed.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Strong interest in IT Project Management or Technology Delivery
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Strong organisational and time management abilities
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- Basic understanding of Agile methodologies and SDLC
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proactive attitude with willingness to learn and take ownership
- Strong attention to detail and documentation skills
- Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Excel or similar tools is a plus
- Graduate or pursuing graduation in Engineering, IT, Computer Science, Management or related fields
Good to Have:
- Internship or academic project experience
- Exposure to Agile or Scrum practices
- Familiarity with project tracking tools
- Experience working on hackathons or college projects
- Strong presentation and reporting skills
