Job Summary We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Area Sales Manager to drive sales growth, expand dealer networks, and strengthen market presence for PM Cona products. The ideal candidate must have prior experience in the electrical switch industry and possess strong dealer/distributor management skills. Key Responsibilities • • • • • • • • • • • • • • Drive sales of PM Cona products through dealers, distributors, and retailers within the assigned territory. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets. Identify new business opportunities and expand the dealer/distributor network. Develop and upgrade potential dealers into A-grade dealers. Ensure proper communication and implementation of company schemes, offers, and promotional activities. Maintain excellent product visibility and branding at dealer and retail outlets. Promote new product launches and ensure market penetration. Conduct regular market visits to monitor competitor activities and market trends. Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, retailers, C&F partners, and electricians. Organize electrician meets, dealer meets, product demonstrations, and promotional activities. Resolve dealer and distributor queries in a timely manner. Monitor outstanding payments and ensure timely collections. Track sales performance, prepare reports, and implement corrective actions to achieve business goals. Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution of sales operations. Candidate Requirements • • • Minimum 8 years and maximum 12 years of experience in Sales within the Electrical Industry. Mandatory experience in Electrical Switches / Modular Switches segment. Strong network of dealers, distributors, and retailers in the assigned territory. 1 Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. • • • • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills. Ability to lead market development initiatives independently. Proficient in MS Office and sales reporting tools.
