Job Overview:
Making/receiving calls to provide customer service, focusing on clear communication, handling inquiries, resolving complaints, updating CRM, requiring strong persuasion, listening skills, and data entry for outbound (cold calls) or inbound (customer-initiated) interactions. Key duties include script adherence, building rapport, documenting calls, and coordinating with teams for smooth follow-ups, time management, and basic tech proficiency.
Responsibilities
- Outbound Calling: Contact potential & existing customers for appointments, or feedback.
- Inbound Handling: Answer calls, provide info on products/services, resolve issues.
- Lead Management: Follow up on warm/cold prospects.
- Customer Support: Address complaints,ensure satisfaction.
- Data Management: Accurately record call details, update customer info in CRM.
- Reporting: Document calls, report observations to team leads.
Skills & Qualifications
- Communication: Excellent verbal, listening, and interpersonal skills.
- Tech Savvy: Familiarity with CRM software and basic computer applications.
- Resilience: Ability to handle rejection and manage time effectively.
- Education: High School Diploma (Bachelor's often a plus).
- Experience: Previous sales or customer service experience helpful.
