Core Dispensing & Weighing Operations
- Accurate weighing of Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (APIs) and excipients according to Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR).
- Operation and verification of laminar air flow (LAF) booths and calibrated weighing balances.
- Segregation of materials using strict quarantine, approved, and rejected status labeling.
- Compliance with First-Expired, First-Out (FEFO) and First-In, First-Out (FIFO) stock rules.
Store & Inventory Management
- Receiving, inspecting, and storing sterile raw and primary packaging materials.
- Monitoring cleanroom environmental parameters like temperature, relative humidity, and differential pressure.
- Performing routine stock reconciliation and physical inventory audits.
- Coordinating material availability closely with production and quality control teams.
Compliance & Documentation
- Maintaining equipment usage logbooks, line clearances, and balance calibration records.
- Adhering to current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
