Role Overview:
We are looking for detail-oriented and proactive individuals to join our team as a Data Processing Executive. In this role, you will work closely with our US-based clients in the Merchant Cash Advance (MCA) industry, supporting the funding process by reviewing applications, extracting key financial data, and conducting basic eligibility and risk checks.

Key Responsibilities:
- Review funding applications and associated bank statements submitted by small businesses
- Extract and enter relevant financial data into internal systems using tools such as FCS
- Perform initial eligibility checks based on prescribed funding criteria
- Identify red flags or discrepancies and escalate when necessary
- Conduct basic online research (e.g., New York court search) to verify payment history or defaults
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of records to support underwriters
- Collaborate with internal teams and maintain strict data confidentiality
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, Business Administration, or any related field (preferred, but not mandatory)
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Good English communication and comprehension skills
- Basic understanding of financial documents like bank statements
- Comfortable working night shifts and meeting deadlines
- Familiarity with data entry or processing tools is a plus
