Role Overview
The Sales Executive is responsible for driving retail sales, delivering excellent customer service, and achieving individual and store targets. The role involves assisting walk-in customers, promoting electronic products and accessories, and ensuring a smooth end-to-end sales process.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products (mobiles, gadgets, home appliances, and accessories).
- Explain product features, specifications, pricing, warranty, and offers clearly.
- Achieve assigned monthly sales targets and KPIs
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum qualification: Plus Two / Diploma
- Freshers can apply; prior retail sales experience is an advantage.
- Strong communication skill
- Customer-focused and target-oriented mindset.
