We are looking for an experienced Senior Estimation Engineer with 6–7 years of hands-on experience in LT Electrical Panel Estimation. The candidate should have strong technical knowledge of electrical panels, costing, tender preparation, vendor coordination, and customer requirement analysis. The role requires preparing accurate techno-commercial offers while ensuring profitability and timely submission.
Key ResponsibilitiesTechnical Estimation
- Prepare accurate cost estimates for:
- PCC Panels
- MCC Panels
- APFC Panels
- PLC Panels
- VFD Panels
- AMF Panels
- Synchronizing Panels
- LT Distribution Boards
- Intelligent MCC Panels
- Bus Duct Systems
- Compact Substations (Preferred)
- Study customer specifications, SLDs, GA drawings, BOQs, and tender documents.
- Prepare BOM (Bill of Materials).
- Select appropriate electrical components.
- Perform busbar sizing calculations.
- Prepare internal costing sheets.
- Estimate fabrication, assembly, wiring, and testing costs.
- Prepare commercial quotations.
Tender Management
- Review tender documents.
- Identify technical deviations.
- Prepare compliance statements.
- Coordinate with customers for technical clarifications.
- Submit quotations within deadlines.
- Participate in techno-commercial negotiations.
Vendor Coordination
- Obtain quotations from vendors.
- Compare multiple offers.
- Finalize technically suitable components.
- Negotiate pricing with suppliers.
- Maintain updated vendor database.
Cost Optimization
- Suggest alternative makes without compromising quality.
- Improve profitability through optimized designs.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Standardize frequently used panel designs.
Cross Functional Coordination
Coordinate with:

Educational Qualification

Experience Requirements
- 6–7 years in Electrical Panel Estimation.
- Experience in LT panel manufacturing companies is mandatory.
- Experience in handling government, private, industrial, and EPC tenders.
- Knowledge of Schneider, Siemens, ABB, L&T, Mitsubishi, Eaton, or equivalent .

- Strong understanding of electrical panel design, costing, and commercial aspects.
- Ability to manage multiple tenders simultaneously.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
