Job Summary
Kelsons Engineers & Fabricators is looking for a motivated Field Marketing Engineer to promote our products, generate business opportunities, and maintain strong customer relationships. The role involves regular customer visits, technical discussions, and coordination with internal teams.
Responsibilities
- Visit customers and industries to generate new business.
- Promote the company's engineering and fabrication products.
- Meet prospective clients and understand their requirements.
- Prepare and follow up on quotations.
- Maintain strong customer relationships.
- Coordinate with the Production, Design, and Sales teams.
- Achieve monthly sales and marketing targets.
- Prepare visit reports and market feedback.
Requirements
- Diploma/B.E. in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in Industrial Marketing or Sales (Freshers with good communication skills may also apply).
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to travel.
- Two-wheeler with a valid driving license is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office.
Salary: Negotiable based on experience
