Veegaland Developers Ltd (Veegaland Homes) is seeking dynamic and motivated Diploma / B.Tech Civil Engineering candidates with 4-8 years of work experience in high-rise apartment construction, who aspire to build a long-term career with Veegaland Homes. This role provides an excellent opportunity for learning, growth, and hands-on experience in the construction and real estate industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in project planning, design, and execution under the guidance of senior engineers.
- Monitor site activities to ensure adherence to project schedules and quality standards.
- Conduct surveys, prepare estimates, and manage documentation.
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project progress.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, regulations, and company policies.
- Continuously learn and implement industry best practices to improve efficiency and quality.
Qualifications:
- B.Tech in Civil Engineering . OR
- Diploma in Civil Engineering
- Strong understanding of civil engineering principles, materials, and methods.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and other relevant software is an advantage.
- A positive attitude and eagerness to learn and grow within the organization.
