Role Overview
Arlak Biotech is looking for a strategic and innovative Product Manager to lead product planning, brand development, and marketing initiatives across our pharmaceutical portfolio. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing product strategies, creating promotional campaigns, supporting sales teams, and driving brand growth in competitive healthcare markets.
Key ResponsibilitiesProduct Strategy & Portfolio Management
- Develop and execute product strategies aligned with business objectives and market opportunities.
- Manage the complete product lifecycle, from launch planning to market expansion.
- Analyze product performance and recommend growth strategies to maximize revenue and market share.
- Identify new product opportunities based on market trends, customer needs, and competitor analysis.
Brand Management & Promotion
- Develop annual brand plans and promotional strategies for assigned products.
- Create impactful marketing campaigns to increase brand visibility and prescription generation.
- Design and manage promotional materials including visual aids, brochures, leave-behinds, presentations, digital content, and campaign tools.
- Ensure consistent brand positioning across all marketing channels.
Market Research & Competitive Analysis
- Conduct market research to understand customer behavior, therapeutic trends, and competitor activities.
- Gather and analyze market intelligence to support business decisions.
- Monitor industry developments and identify opportunities for product differentiation.
Sales Team Coordination & Training
- Work closely with sales teams to ensure effective execution of marketing strategies.
- Conduct product training sessions and provide scientific support to field force teams.
- Develop sales tools, product knowledge materials, and marketing resources to enhance sales effectiveness.
- Support sales teams in achieving business objectives through continuous guidance and market insights.
Product Launch & Campaign Management
- Plan and execute successful product launches and promotional campaigns.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including sales, regulatory, production, and design departments.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize strategies based on market feedback and results.
Business Analysis & Reporting
- Track product sales, market share, and promotional effectiveness.
- Prepare regular reports, forecasts, and business reviews for management.
- Recommend corrective actions and growth initiatives based on performance data.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 2–8 years of experience in Pharmaceutical Product Management, Brand Management, or Pharma Marketing.
- Strong analytical, strategic planning, and communication skills.
- Experience in developing promotional campaigns and managing product portfolios.
- Ability to work collaboratively with sales and cross-functional teams.
