I am looking for a temporary Personal Assistant for 1 week to help with recruitment coordination work.
Responsibilities:
- Call domestic staffing agencies across Kerala and other states
- Speak in Malayalam, Hindi, or English as required
- Collect details of candidates (cook and housekeeping staff)
- Request photos and profiles via WhatsApp
- Maintain a structured Excel sheet of all candidates
- Follow up with agencies and shortlist candidates
- Present final shortlist
Requirements:
- Good communication skills (phone + WhatsApp)
- Basic Excel knowledge
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Prior office/admin/calling experience preferred
Work Location:
Kochi (work from home / partial in-person)
Pay: ₹7,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per week
