Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day factory and production operations
- Monitor production planning, manpower handling, and workflow management
- Ensure smooth coordination between production, quality, maintenance, and warehouse teams
- Maintain productivity, efficiency, and operational targets
- Ensure adherence to safety, hygiene, and company operational standards
- Prepare operational reports and support process improvement activities
- Handle shift operations and resolve production-related issues effectively
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- 3–5 years of experience in factory operations or manufacturing industry
- Strong leadership and team handling skills
- Good knowledge of production processes and operational management
- Excellent coordination and problem-solving abilities
- Immediate joiners preferred
