installs, maintains, and repairs integrated security systems, including IP/analog cameras, access control, and fire detection units.
Key Responsibilities
- Installation & Configuration: Mount, wire, and configure CCTV cameras (IP/Analog/PTZ), NVR/DVRs, biometric access systems, and addressable/conventional fire alarm panels.
- Maintenance & Troubleshooting: Perform routine inspections, diagnose faults, repair or replace defective components, and ensure 24/7 system functionality.
- Networking: Configure IP addresses, port forwarding, and P2P connections for remote camera viewing and network security integration.
- Safety & Compliance: Ensure all installations comply with local fire safety codes, NFPA standards, and electrical safety regulations.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate service reports, maintenance logs, and inventory records for all equipment.
- Client Training: Educate users on system operation and provide technical support.
