Job Overview
We are seeking a responsible and detail-oriented Production Management & Quality Assurance Executive to join our team at MyInfopie. The candidate will be responsible for managing stock, ensuring timely order processing, coordinating production activities, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring a smooth workflow across operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and monitor stock inventory regularly
- Ensure orders are processed and dispatched on time
- Coordinate with production and warehouse teams for smooth operations
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, orders, and production status
- Monitor production schedules and ensure timely completion
- Handle stock updates and avoid shortages or overstock situations
- Perform quality assurance checks to maintain product quality standards
- Inspect finished products before dispatch to ensure accuracy and quality
- Communicate with vendors and internal teams when required
- Ensure operational efficiency and smooth day-to-day workflow
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in production management, inventory management, quality assurance, or a related field
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Basic knowledge of Excel and inventory tracking
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Problem-solving attitude and attention to detail
Preferred Skills
- Experience in order management, stock handling, and quality checking
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Education
